BODY PUMPING Designed to build muscular strength and endurance. Work the entire body using weight-training techniques combined with rhythmic movements using a variety of tools such as free weights, body bar, stability ball and/or resistance tubing.
CIRCUIT A 60 minute class alternating cardiovascular workouts with weight training movements using weights, body bar and/or resistance tubing.
C.O.R.E. Get ready to burn those abdominal muscles! A challenging 30 minute workout designed to specifically target the abdominal and back (core) region.
CARDIO KICK Boxing fundamentals and kicking techniques are combined to create a great total body workout. This class will concentrate on proper form and the basics of kickboxing while giving you a super cardiovascular and high energy workout which will challenge and improve your endurance, strength, balance and flexibility.
HIGH PERFORMANCE CYCLING The ultimate workout to burn calories and improve your cardiovascular conditioning. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned participant this class puts you in control, dominating the speed and resistance.
HIP HOP KIDZ The hottest children’s dance class around!
MUSCLE THIS This class encourages the use of slightly heavier weights. Hard core weight training at its finest, for serious weight trainers! We’ll help you chisel, shape and strengthen all major muscles groups.
POWER PILATES An exciting and energetic 90 minute class that incorporates the classic mat exercises and expands upon that foundation using props such as resistance bands, stability balls and free weights.
STEP N PUMP For individuals wanting to increase muscular strength and endurance as well as challenge their cardiovascular system, this class combines intense power step and high/low impact pump with weight training for total body workout.
SIVANANDA YOGA The original form of yoga. This yoga guides you through the basic yoga poses and stretches that will tone your muscles and increase your flexibility and strength throughout your total body.
ZUMBA A fun, high energy dance class using motivating music and unique moves. Great for the mind and body!
Unless otherwise specified, Gridiron classes are designed to accommodate all exercise levels. Instructors will provide modifications for all participants, from the beginner to the advanced.
